About ToTravelling

A corporate travel management company built on a simple belief: employee travel should run like infrastructure — reliable, measurable, and quietly excellent.

Our story

Built for the way companies actually move

ToTravelling Corporate Travel LLC was founded to solve a problem we kept seeing from the inside: companies treating business travel as a pile of reimbursements instead of a managed operation. Flights booked five different ways, ground transfers arranged by whoever had a free hand, and nobody — finance included — able to say what travel actually cost or where travelers were at any given moment.

We built ToTravelling to close that gap. We work as a client's dedicated travel management partner: designing programs around their travel policy, running day-to-day logistics for executives, teams, and events, and standing behind every itinerary with round-the-clock support. Our clients range from manufacturing firms moving crews to job sites weekly, to financial services leadership flying multi-city schedules, to technology companies running hundred-person events.

What sets us apart is discipline on both sides of the ledger. On the finance side, we bring negotiated rates, policy enforcement at the point of booking, and reporting that makes travel spend auditable down to the line item. On the traveler side, we bring itineraries that respect people's time — sensible connections, transfers arranged before they land, and a real specialist on the line at 2 a.m. when a flight cancels.

That dual mandate — efficiency for the company, care for the traveler — is the whole of our business model. We don't sell trips. We run travel programs.

Our mission

Duty of care, delivered efficiently

Efficiency first

Every program we design is measured against a standard: does this save the company time and money without degrading the trip? If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.

Duty of care, always

A traveler in transit is our responsibility. We track itineraries, watch for disruption, and make sure no employee is ever left to solve a travel problem alone.

Accountability in numbers

We report like a finance department and operate like an airline dispatch: on-time rates, pickup times, spend versus budget — tabular, auditable, honest.

How we work

From assessment to reporting, a disciplined five-step process

  1. Assess

We audit how your people move today: routes, spend patterns, pain points, and where policy is being bypassed.

  2. Design

We build the program — booking channels, travel policy rules, rate agreements, and ground logistics — around your company's actual needs.

  3. Deploy

We roll the program out with your team: traveler onboarding, executive itinerary templates, and dispatch procedures for ground transport.

  4. Support

We run it day to day: booking, changes, disruption recovery, and 24/7 traveler support on every itinerary.

  5. Report

We deliver regular reporting: spend versus budget, savings captured, traveler satisfaction, and program improvement recommendations.

Leadership

The team behind your program

Specialists organized around one job: keeping your company's travel on schedule and on budget.
